Insurance Defense Litigation Paralegal (Hybrid / West Palm Beach)

Distinguished, midsized (30 attorneys) Insurance Defense Litigation Law Firm is looking for experienced Litigation Paralegals to join their downtown West Palm Beach office. Should have experience with Bodily Injury Defense, any other Insurance Defense, or Plaintiff's Personal Injury litigation. We handle the defense of car accidents, trucking accidents, premises liability, and other catastrophic injuries. (After 90 days, you can work from home TWO (2) days per week).

SALARY: $70,000 to $85,000

***IDEAL Candidates have 5+ years experience in Insurance Defense Litigation (Bodily Injury or other Insurance Defense Litigation) Paralegal positions but we'll consider those with Plaintiff's Personal Injury experience as well***
DUTIES: Opening case files, client intake, issuing subpoenas for medical record/bills, reviewing and summarizing medical records, drafting pleadings, sending out discovery, answering written discovery, drafting motions, e-filing, legal research, client phone calls, and assisting with paperwork in case settlement process. Experience with helping attorneys prepare for depos, mediations and trials is a plus and would go to your compensation.
