Part Time Leasing Agent

We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Part-Time Leasing Agent to join our team in Sanford, FL. We offer a strong team environment and a rewarding opportunity to contribute to the success of our community.

Responsibilities:

• Meet and greet prospective residents with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Explain rental rates and income qualifications for our community.
• Showcase apartment units and describe amenities to potential tenants.
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal Fair Housing requirements.
• Inspect apartments for move-in availability and present them to interested parties.
• Enter traffic into the database and follow up with prospects to close leases.
• Distribute move-in packages and assist with the preparation and explanation of leases.
• Contribute to marketing efforts and resident relation functions.

Qualifications:

• Excellent multitasking abilities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Adherence to attendance standards.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain a sales closing ratio of 50% or better.
• Strong computer skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in leasing is a plus.
