- Coordinating property viewings, follow-ups, and updating of contact management database.
- Marketing all rental listings through open houses and individual showings.
- Planning and implementing marketing strategies to generate traffic.
- Responding to queries/leads and conducting property tours.
- Coordinating and scheduling lease applications, and adhering to compliance requirements.
- Establishing expectations for security deposits, procedures for rent and amenities that will be part of the lease.
- Performing background checks, credit checks and other responsibilities to see if prospective renters are qualified.
- Preparing leasing documents for potential renters using property standards and regulations.
- Executing new lease agreements and coordinating move-in processes.
- Managing all leases from potential and existing residents.
- Handling the collection of rent payments, security deposits and application fees.
- Managing regulatory and compliance-related services.
- Keeping residents informed of any changes to rental agreements or upcoming property events or issues.
- Building a rapport with current tenants to give them personalized service.
- Keeping an eye on community facilities such as mailrooms, breeze ways, club room, and fitness centers.
- Solution-oriented thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
- Well-informed individual who displays sound judgment and attention to detail.
- Good organization, project management, multitasking, and time management abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Excellent Interpersonal skills: Will need to be able to develop personal connections with prospects and renters to increase occupancy and reduce turnover
- Communications Skills: Will need to be able to effectively communicate via verbal and written means to answer questions and effectively execute the leasing process.
- Great customer service skills with experience in conflict resolution.
- Experienced on Social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.
