Account Representative

We are looking for a full time Account Representative position with professional skills. Must be an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual who enjoys helping people who are technology challenged with online applications and/or our web portal.

This is a full time, "in-office" position.

You will be helping Applicants looking to apply for Section 8 housing assistance apply online and also with Landlords looking to list their properties on our website.

Responsibilities include:

Answer inbound telephone calls and emails from potential Landlords, Apartment Communities and Tenants.

• Work with Landlord, Property Managers looking to advertise their rental property.
• Educate the Landlord about the benefits of our Premium membership plan while documenting all notes in our CRM software
• Builds effective relationships and trust with customers and potential customers by listening to their needs and educating them on our products that are most appropriate to their situation.
• Exceptional follow up skills required to ensure resolution.
• Attention to detail.
• Versatile, flexible, and a willingness to work with enthusiasm.

Must Have:

• Computer Experience
• 3+ Years’ experience in an office environment working with dual monitors and phones.
• Strong work ethic
• Ability to respond promptly to needs and concerns of customers.
• Professional phone, email, and communication skills.
• Kind and helpful tone with callers.
• Willingness to help.
• Strong Computer skills to include working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Must be ambitious and self-motivated.
• Must be PUNCTUAL! (8:55am to 6:00pm M-F)

Other preferred skills
Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Base salary: $18/hour + monthly bonus ($300 or $500)

• Mon-Friday 9-6 , No weekends!

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
