We're looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Leasing Agent to join our dynamic team at Peoples Choice Apartments. If you're passionate about helping people find their perfect home and want to work in a supportive, engaging environment, we'd love to meet you!
Responsibilities:
- Conduct tours of apartment units and community facilities.
- Process rental applications, lease agreements, and move-in paperwork.
- Provide excellent customer service to potential and current tenants.
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
- Assist in marketing and advertising available properties.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of available units, lease expirations, and renewals.
- Collaborate with maintenance and management teams to ensure a high standard of living for our tenants.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in leasing, sales, or customer service is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn property management software.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
- Ability to work weekends as needed.
- Ability to work with our software platform- Rent Manager (previous experience is a plus)
