Ecuamia Flowers, a well-established floral company, is currently seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Clerk to join our team. This is a part-time to full-time position that offers the opportunity to Work From the comfort of your own home.
As a Data Entry Clerk at Ecuamia Flowers, you will be responsible for accurately entering floral orders and customer information into our database. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently will be crucial in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our order processing.
Responsibilities- Enter customer orders and other data into our system accurately and efficiently
- Review and verify the accuracy of data input for completeness and correctness
- Retrieve and update customer information as needed
- Communicate with other team members to resolve any data discrepancies or issues
- Maintain confidentiality and security of customer information
- Perform regular data backups to ensure data integrity
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Complete assigned tasks within the given deadlines
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar role
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office programs and Data Entry software
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain data integrity
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Reliable internet connection and access to a computer
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
