Job Summary:

Sofia Health is seeking qualified individuals for a part-time Yoga Instructor & Front Desk Associate. This role entails a range of essential responsibilities, encompassing instructors management, customer support, administrative tasks, and maintaining seamless communication with members.

Responsibilities:

Instructor Management:

• Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and training of Instructors.
• Manage instructor schedules, performance evaluations, and feedback.
• Maintain documentation related to instructor certifications and compliance.
• Conduct Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) training and scheduling.
• Conduct regular instructor performance reviews.
• Handle terminations when necessary.
• Supervise and assist in creating class schedules to ensure their effectiveness. This includes developing appealing class titles, descriptions, and statements to optimize the quality and appeal of our offerings.
• Maintain efficient communication channels with instructors.

Marketing Collaboration:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote upcoming classes and events through various channels.
• Assist in creating promotional materials and content related to class schedules.

Administrative Support:

• Assist in daily administrative tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding class schedules, cancellations, and other related concerns.
• Generate reports and analyze data to provide insights for decision-making.
• Provide support to other team members as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in yoga instruction or administrative roles in a similar industry.
• Yoga Alliance certification (e-RYT 200 or RYT 500, or C-IAYT) and Completion of trauma-informed yoga training.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in using virtual communication tools and platforms.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for health, fitness, and promoting well-being.
