Duties
-Monitors the front entrance; assist with tours; and completes general
administrative tasks which support the front office, marketing and all departments.
-Greets and assists residents and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Assist guests and residents with check-in and check-out processes
- Provide information about The Blake at Baxter Village
- Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area
Experience
- Previous experience working in a Front Desk or customer service role is preferred
- Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment
- Computer literacy, including proficiency in Google Suite and other software applications
- Strong clerical skills, including typing and data entry
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle difficult situations with tact and
diplomacy
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional communication skills
- Experience working in a assisting living is a plus
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
