Sales Representative

We are looking for highly motivated, initiative-taking individuals to work in a professional sales atmosphere. Looking for a relationship-based salesperson to build a client base from existing clients. NO COLD CALLING. The ideal candidate is honest, listens well, learns fast, and has at least three years of sales experience. We are building a new team of individuals that can earn six figures plus, with a base salary and sizeable commissions. This is a highly rewarding, in-office sales position in the heart of Woodland Hills.

Compensation: ($40,000 Base plus commission) Salary with Bonus Program + Benefits and Health insurance. Motivated Salespeople are making over $100k.

Responsibilities:

• Work with existing clients on reaching their goals.
• Close transactions or follow up with additional information to close the transactions
• Telephone sales with existing clients. (No cold calling)
• Utilize CRM for organizational purposes.
• Quickly learn our product selection and commonly asked questions.
• Represent corporate ideals and ethics.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to listen and determine client needs.
• Self-starter with the Ability to prioritize and multi-task without direct supervision.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Quick learner and Ability to study on their own.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
