Part Time Front Desk Agent

The Candlewood Suites Lacey is looking to hire a Part Time Front Desk Agent that will go well with our team. This position is only for THREE DAYS PER WEEK. We are looking for someone who is task oriented, outgoing, reliable, and personable with guests. Experience is not necessary but preferred; we will train the right person.

The shift we are hiring for:
Sundays 3pm-11pm
Mondays 3pm-11pm
Tuesdays 3pm-11pm

*Must be available to work Holidays if needed

Duties include, but not limited to:

• Printing out daily reports
• Completing the daily checklist
• Checking guests in and out
• Accommodating guest requests in a prompt and professional manner
• Sanitizing all high touch and public areas
• Laundry Duties - Washing and folding laundry. Each shift plays an important role in laundry and is an important component of the job.
• Communication with hotel staff on the status of guest rooms - Ensuring housekeepers are aware of any late checkouts, pets, extensions, or any special requests. Making sure maintenance is aware of any damages
• Maintain a clean and neat Front Desk area and lobby
• Answering phone calls; booking reservations - Having a working knowledge of our availability, policies for third parties, cancellations, group reservations, etc.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.50 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week
