Job Summary
We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented File Clerk to join our administrative team. You will be responsible for creating digital files from the Maximo System. Attention to detail is vital in this role to ensure information can be retrieved quickly and easily. We prefer candidates who have some experience in an administrative role, but we are willing to train the right person.
File Clerk Duties and Responsibilities
- Scan files and upload digital copies to the database
- Maintain the digital filing systems
- Make necessary updates to records with new information; remove or archive any records that are outdated or obsolete
File Clerk Requirements and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in an office environment preferred
- Keen attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of Maximo a plus
