Child & Adolescent Behavioral Therapist (Lpc, Lcsw) - Oregon (Part-Time)

About the Role

As a Full-Time Brightline Behavioral Therapist you will: 

• Support children and teens ages 3 to 17 years and their caregivers, using evidence-based approaches such as CBT and parent-management training for the duration of their care plan

• Coordinate care with primary care providers, schools, and others relevant to youth care

• Complete thorough clinical documentation within Brightline’s standard of ethical care

• Complete required trainings and stay up-to-date with Brightline’s standards of care, tools, policies and procedures

About You

As a Full-Time Brightline Behavioral Therapist you should have:

• A passion for our mission to redefine behavioral health for children and their families

• Unrestricted LCSW, LMHC, LPC, PsyD, PhD licensure(s) *qualified applicants must be able to work to our standards without supervision

• Expertise delivering evidence-based interventions for children and families including CBT (e.g., conducting exposures,  behavioral activation), Parent Management Training (PMT) , and other evidence-based practices for youth

• Ability to work 30-35 hours per week

• Experience providing 1:1 care in a telehealth/video setting

*This is a remote, 100% teletherapy position. The target range for this position is $37- $53 / hour. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including licensure, experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
