**Duties:**
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems
- Sort and categorize documents for easy retrieval
- Create new files and update existing files as needed
- Ensure all files are labeled correctly and stored in the appropriate location
- Retrieve files upon request and distribute to the appropriate personnel
- Scan and digitize paper documents for electronic storage
- Perform regular audits to ensure file accuracy and completeness
- Assist with data entry tasks as needed
**Skills:**
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in computerized systems for file management
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Familiarity with filing techniques and best practices
- Knowledge of databases and data entry procedures
- Administrative skills, including answering phones, scheduling hearings, and maintaining calendars
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel (knowledge of pivot tables is a plus)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
This position requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. The ideal candidate will have strong clerical skills and be proficient in computerized file management systems.
