Who We Are:
Mission Technologies, a division of HII, is looking for a Part Time Data Analyst to support our Information Analysis Center Multiple-Award Contract (IAC-MAC) programs within our Command, Control, Computers, Communications, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) operations. This position is Part Time, estimated 5-10 hours per week. This position will be held remotely; interested candidates should have adequate space & minimum network requirements available to them.
The position is a multi-program role supporting the efforts of our military & government customers. This role will work collaboratively within a mixed discipline team to develop new technologies centered around embedding signal processing applications.
What You Will Do:

• Manage data in spreadsheets and reports.
• Keep records and reports up to date.
• Provide management with project status updates, feedback, and appropriate reporting on key responsibilities and objectives, when required.
• Use appropriate evaluation methods to accurately identify, communicate and document process improvements.
• Support process management initiatives to improve project efficiency and effectiveness.
• Provide administrative support for project meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and meeting minutes.
• Provides projects management support for multiple projects of varying sizes and complexities.
• Verify data by comparing it to source documents prior to finalization & transmission.
• Retrieves data from the database or electronic files as requested.

What We're Looking For:

• High School Diploma or equivalent and 0 years experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products
• Ability to work remotely and be proactive.
• Ability to work individually with little to no guidance.
• Strong interpersonal capabilities and ability to work cross-functionally with other leaders on sensitive issues.
