Job Description
Central Phoenix Law Firm is seeking an attorney with 0-4 years of experience to represent clients with the administration and litigation of trusts, estates, mental health, guardianship, conservatorship, and related matters. The candidate must be able to think well, communicate well both verbally and in writing, and be able to thrive in a brisk environment. Familiarity and proficiency with the Arizona rules of civil procedure and rules of probate procedure as well as Title 14, Arizona Revised Statutes, are strongly preferred. Firm will consider candidates that are licensed in Arizona or are recently eligible for admission to the Arizona Bar and expect licensure imminently.
