Job Description
Qualifications:The ideal candidate must be a self starter and able to maintain a professional attitude with very good communications skills. This is a Monday-Friday 4 hour shift that is primarily on phones. These calls will include customer follow-ups, marketing, and sales activities. This position requires flexibility to adjust and perform daily tasks quickly and efficiently in a busy work environment. Computer skills required.
Work Hours: The hours for this position are flexible. We ask for 4 hour shifts daily. The start-time is based on employee preference. The employee may choose to start at 8AM, 9AM, or 10AM. There will be no lunch hour, just one 15 minute break.
Office details:
1. Customer Service – keep in contact with our customers on a regular basis in order to develop record and share the “Customer Story” and or Reviews.
2. Answer customer questions / sales lines in a professional manner (using our scripts) capturing caller’s questions, name, phone number and reason for the call and keeping accurate records of the customer / calls in InfusionSoft.
3. Keep a daily calendar of calls to be made in InfusionSoft of your daily tasks / calls etc.
4. Minimum Goal: Contact (outbound) at least 18 customers per day. (6-10 min per call)
5. Follow up – make sure orders are complete with a follow up call as necessary.
6. Take customer orders (via phone etc) to be processed/shipped
7. Support office / sales staff in whatever way requested of you
Computer Skills Required:
1. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word / Excel
2. Good working knowledge of Infusionsoft (or confidence in learning new software)
4. Good working knowledge of our phone system, and how to transfer calls.
