Job Title: Part-Time Customer Service Representative (Temporary: March 1, 2024-June 30, 2024)

Job Summary: Our Customer Service Representatives are the voice of our company, responsible for preserving and maintaining customer relationships. Primary responsibilities include Customer Service through phone and email and becoming a master of the products and services offered. Along with additional administrative office duties.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
● Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and correspondence to appropriate staff.
● Assist and monitor all communications to ensure timely response to client inquiries and commentary.
● Process customer payments, assist with collection efforts, and occasionally prepare bank deposits.
● Create and maintain in our client database software new client services, commercial maintenance contracts, and new leads.
● Scheduling and maintaining routing for Lawn Health Care applications and notifying customers of upcoming services.
● Prepare, extract, and compile reports as needed for management and supervisory staff.
● Greet clients and perform reception and Customer Service responsibilities to walk-in guests.
● Assist with general administrative office maintenance duties including, marketing, maintaining supplies, appointment scheduling, and light cleaning.
● Other duties as assigned/required.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
● High school diploma.
● 1+ years of Customer Service experience.
● A “can-do” attitude and enthusiasm to assist with a wide range of products and services.
● Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
● Able to adjust priorities as situations require.
● Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
● Experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and cloud-based applications.
● A pleasant and professional telephone manner and enthusiastic personality.
● Very strong organizational and prioritization skills.
Physical Requirements:
● Must be able to perform the following physical activities: sitting for long periods of time, reaching, grasping, talking, hearing, and repetitive motions.
