Position Overview: As a Printing Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our company, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service throughout their print project journey. You'll work in a collaborative and energetic team, helping to bring our clients' visions to life through our state-of-the-art printing solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them through the printingprocess and addressing inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Collaborate with our design and production teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of print projects.
• Provide detailed quotes, process orders, and manage project timelines to meet and exceed customer expectations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the printing process, maintaining a positive and solution-oriented approach.
• Stay informed about the latest printing technologies and trends to effectively communicate with clients about available options.

Qualifications:

• Previous Customer Service experience in a printing or related industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
• Familiarity with large format printing processes and equipment (UV, Eco-Solvent,Latex, DyeSub & Aqueous).
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in relevant software applications and comfortable learning new tools.
