The Customer Service Representative will respond to customers’ inquiries or complaints about B&K Business Group’s products or services. You will be the point of contact for clients, representing the organization in a professional and courteous manner. You will answer questions, provide information, and process orders or deals.
This is an online work from home opportunity. You must have excellent communication skills and show empathy when resolving customer issues. You should be organized and tech-savvy, as you’ll be managing a large volume of Customer Service inquiries each day.
Main Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email and chat
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information
• Process orders, forms and applications, as needed
• Maintain communication logs and update customer records
• Identify and troubleshoot customer issues
• Resolve customer complaints with accuracy and enthusiasm
• Follow up with customers, as needed
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven Customer Service experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Flexible schedule, as needed
