TopView Sightseeing is a well-established company based in New York City, offering a variety of
sightseeing tours by bus, bike, and boat. Our team of native local experts serves over 2500 customers
daily, providing visitors to the Big Apple with unforgettable experiences. Customer service is of
paramount importance to the TopView Sightseeing brand, and we're excited to announce that we have
now expanded to London. As we continue to grow and expand, we are committed to enhancing the
customer experience across our network of brands, covering all cities. We are looking for an experienced
Customer Service Representative to play a crucial role in our front-facing and back-office Customer Service
operations.
●Part-time and Seasonal shifts available.
● MUST be able to work OVERNIGHT, WEEKENDS, and HOLIDAYS.
● This is not a remote position.
● Alternating shifts: May vary as needed. As early as 12 am start time (24 hour operations).
Responsibilities and Duties
● Answering phone calls and emails for both New York City and London
● Booking and selling over the phone, in person, and through online platforms.
● Displaying exceptional knowledge of products and services offered.
● Performs various administrative functions as assigned, and work in a very fast-paced high pressured
environment.
● Follow company policies and procedures.
● Welcome and acknowledge all office guests according to company standards.
● Recordkeeping.
● Maintains a clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
● Assisting the Customer Service Assistant Manager with administrative tasks.
● Not limited to the above duties
Qualifications and Skills
● Strong problem-solving abilities to address customer concerns effectively and handle other challenges as
they arise.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills, essential for customer interaction and team
collaboration.
● Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions, demonstrating empathy and
understanding.
● Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications, including CRM Knowledge (a + Zendesk)
and project management software (a +), data entry, emailing, internet researching, faxing, and others.
● Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
● Attention to detail, maintaining accuracy and quality in all tasks and interactions.
● Strong Customer Service skills, fostering positive relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
● Geographical knowledge of Manhattan and London is a plus, enhancing service delivery and resource
utilization.
● Time management skills, enabling effective allocation of time and resources to meet objectives.
● Knowledge of Google Workspace, including understanding Excel and formulas, improving workflow
efficiency and data management.
● Positive attitude, professionalism, and enthusiasm, contributing to a positive work environment and team
morale.
● Team player with good organizational and interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration and synergy within
the team.
● Must come to work presentable and well-groomed, adhering to business casual attire at all times,
reflecting a professional image.
● Exceptional attendance, demonstrating reliability and commitment to duties and responsibilities.
● Available for on-call and willing to work on weekdays/weekends/overnights/holidays, ensuring
coverage and support as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
