Duties:
- Provide exceptional Customer Service by promptly responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues
- Handle a high volume of incoming calls and emails from customers
- Assist customers with product information, order status, and billing inquiries
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Follow company policies and procedures to provide consistent service

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred

- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
