Insurance Customer Service Representative (CSR)

You will be working side by side with our agents to help them deliver the BEST experience to our clients. We work with over 40 insurance companies, so the learning curve is steep. Answering calls, helping to make policy changes, lots of computer & phone activity.

Requirements for Insurance Customer Service Representative

· A minimum of 2 years’ experience in insurance, mortgage, or title Customer Service and office environment experience is REQUIRED

-Experience and ability to handle high-level of phone calls per hour, ability to multi-task. REQUIRED

· Phone & computer office experience REQUIRED

· Experience in Customer Service REQUIRED

· Great work ethic and people person REQURED

-Experience answering phone calls, emailing, scanning documents, etc. REQUIRED

· Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. (Details are important.) REQUIRED
