Insurance Customer Service Representative

You must have a strong work ethic, high energy and enjoy people. Lack of experience in insurance is a real plus with us, however we require you have at least 2 years experience in Customer Service. You must have a teachable spirit and be a humble implementer of what you learn. You must be comfortable in a technology driven environment and be willing to spend a lot of time on the phone. You must be committed to continued growth, have a servant's heart, and be focused on only delivering the best Customer Service experience for customers in need of servicing their insurance policies. Qualified applicants will be provided the required licensing, comprehensive training to GUARANTEE you success, and ongoing mentorship to help you grow and expand within the company.

An Insurance Customer Service Representative focuses on consulting and servicing current clients and helps identify any needs, changes, or revaluations for their current insurance policy. From servicing existing insurance policies, to in depth client needs analysis and account evaluation, an Insurance Customer Service Representative is on the front line of insurance servicing and has the highest duty to serve their clients, seek to deeply understand the client's needs, and focus on expanding the current book of business by identifying the need for additional insurance for current customers.
