An Insurance Customer Service Representative focuses on consulting and servicing current clients and helps identify any needs, changes, or revaluations for their current insurance policy. From servicing existing insurance policies, to in depth client needs analysis and account evaluation, an Insurance Customer Service Representative is on the front line of insurance servicing and has the highest duty to serve their clients, seek to deeply understand the client's needs, and focus on expanding the current book of business by identifying the need for additional insurance for current customers.
