We are seeking a Customer Service Representative CSR to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and processing change requests. Need to be good with a phone and basic computer skills. We can train the rest. Potential for flexible schedule. Our office is located in downtown Apopka. Insurance experience and bilingual is a plus. Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries
- Provide basic information about the products and services
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Maintain and strengthen customer relationships through integrity, quality and responsiveness
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Customer Service, sales, or other related fields is a plus
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
