Customer Service Representative Csr

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative CSR to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and processing change requests. Need to be good with a phone and basic computer skills. We can train the rest. Potential for flexible schedule. Our office is located in downtown Apopka. Insurance experience and bilingual is a plus. Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries
• Provide basic information about the products and services
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
• Maintain and strengthen customer relationships through integrity, quality and responsiveness

• Previous experience in Customer Service, sales, or other related fields is a plus
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
