Requirements
Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a Customer Service role is preferred.
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and client interactions.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify issues, analyze situations, and provide effective solutions.
