This full time position provides support to producing agents in maintaining, expanding and servicing accounts to grow the agency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide our customers with superior Customer Service.
- Service existing customers with payments, policy changes, etc.
- Assisting in the sales and operation of the business.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
To be successful you will need the following attributes:
- Excellent verbal, written communication and listening skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft applications.
- Prior Customer Service experience.
- Dedicated and reliable.
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Develop excellent product knowledge.
- 440 or 220 Insurance License
Starting Salary plus monthly bonus, Health benefits, Paid time off. Growth potential.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
