Description

This is a part-time, non-exempt, hourly position.  This position is 100% remote within the USA. The position is 32 hours per week, with flexibility to request specific, standard hours to work within 7:00 am – 5:00 pm central time, Monday through Friday.

 

The Client Support Specialistis a key member of a collaborative team responsible for the sales and delivery management of widely utilized survey tools, including the Student Satisfaction Inventory™ and the Retention Management System™ which support student success efforts on college campuses across the United States. 

 

The Client Support Specialist supports the student success sales and consulting teams by coordinating communication and marketing activities with clients and prospective clients to maintain relationships that will lead to sales.  The position involves the creation of messaging, review of sales and support documentation, data entry into client information systems, and various other administrative projects.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: (not limited to)

  • Coordination of messaging, including list management and communication flow activities
  • Draft, edit, proof, identify renewal and new client acquisition messaging to support sales
  • Review, create, and edit documentation (written and video formats)
  • Data entry into the client information system (i.e. Salesforce)
  • Manage Qualtrix surveys for client feedback
  • Review information on the RNL Website to recommend additions and updates
  • Prepare PowerPoints for internal and external presentations for the Student Success Team
  • Participate in various weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings with team members to stay current on activities
  • Activation activities for orders received via Web system
  • Prepare and manage activity grids for consulting projects
  • Performing routine and specialized administrative duties as required
Qualifications

Required:

  • An associate degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required
  • 3+ years’ prior work experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and most notably, Excel and PowerPoint experience
  • Experience with data information systems (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Superior customer service skills
  • Ability to work successfully collaboratively and independently
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize, execute, and complete tasks under tight deadlines, often managing multiple priorities
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Experience with writing, editing, and proofing marketing messages
  • Ability to maintain and work in a remote home office
  • Remote/virtual work environment must be free from distractions while performing the essential functions of the job and have a reliable network connection
  • Position predominantly includes sitting/standing for long periods of time, close vision through the use of a computer screen, extensive keyboarding, talking, hearing, and infrequent light physical effort is required (minimum of fifteen pounds)

 

Preferred

  • Experience with Qualtrix survey systems
  • Familiarity with Salesforce
