Key Responsibilities:
- Provide best-in-class customer support through phone interactions, demonstrating excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries, ensuring genuine empathy in each interaction.
- Navigate multiple software applications, including reporting tools and Excel, to process resolutions and manage day-to-day operations.
- Exceed customer satisfaction, efficiency metrics, and resolution targets.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and engaging work environment.
- Contribute to adhoc projects related to updating an industry-leading website.
As a Phone Customer Support Specialist, your day will mostly involve answering customer calls and resolving inquiries, while also utilizing reporting tools and Excel to enhance operational efficiency as needed.
