Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant
Multi Management Company is looking for energetic and motivated qualified Part-time Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant. Only candidates with experience related to the position will be contacted. Successful candidates will have to undergo a background check.
Requirements:
· Related degree
· Must be bilingual English and Spanish
· Two years of bookkeeping experience
· Knowledge of QuickBooks
· Attention to detail
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities:
· Recording and maintaining the daily transactions into QuickBooks
· Invoicing and communications with customers
· Monthly Bank reconciliations
· Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
· Manage accounts payable and receivable
· Supporting administrative activities
