Responsibilities:
- Manage the full cycle of accounting activities, including general ledger accounting, account reconciliation, and account analysis.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
- Process accounts payable transactions, including reviewing invoices, obtaining approvals, and issuing payments.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Provide support during audits and tax filings.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in accounting regulations.
- Assist and oversee administrative duties
Qualifications:
-With experience, a High School Diploma is the minimum education
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in public accounting is a plus.
