Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing various administrative duties such as bookkeeping, accounts receivable, accounts payable, organization and time management, Salesforce administration, account management, answering phone calls, managing inventory, delivery schedules, salespeople, website orders, and other related tasks.
Responsibilities:
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely payment and accurate record-keeping
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and prepare reports as needed
• Manage and organize inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as necessary
• Coordinate and schedule deliveries, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products and services
• Maintain and update the company's Salesforce database, ensuring accurate and complete customer information
• Manage salespeople, providing support and guidance as needed to meet sales targets
• Answer and route phone calls, providing timely and professional customer service. Manage, maintain and organize all clients
• Manage and maintain the company's website, ensuring accurate product information and timely order fulfillment
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Proven experience in office administration and bookkeeping
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, google suite, Salesforce, and QuickBooks is a MUST
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands
• Experience managing teams is a plus.
