```Duties```
- Perform general bookkeeping duties, including maintaining financial records, preparing financial reports, and reconciling bank statements
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payment and collection of invoices
- Prepare and process journal entries for financial transactions
- Conduct regular balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data
- Assist with the preparation of tax documents and support tax filing processes
- Utilize accounting software (such as Quickbooks) to record, store, and analyze financial data
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information and adhere to relevant privacy regulations
```Qualifications```
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping principles and practices
- Familiarity with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles)
- Proficiency in using Quickbooks accounting software and MS Office Suite (particularly Excel)
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial record keeping
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Note: Experience in public accounting or relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Bookkeeper) are considered a plus.
