We are seeking an experienced Bartender to join our team at Gaudin Kitchen + Bar. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests. ```Duties:```
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Check identification to ensure legal drinking age
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
```Experience:```
- Previous experience as a Bartender in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred
- Knowledge of various drink recipes and mixology techniques
- Familiarity with POS systems for order processing and payment handling
- Strong mathematical skills for accurate cash handling and inventory management
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
