We are currently seeking experienced On-Call Servers/Bartenderswho exceed the customer expectations by connecting with each guest and making them feel like the only one in the restaurant. What are we looking for?

• 2+ year of previous work experience in high-volume restaurant or hotel preferred
• TIPS certified within 30 days of employment
• Physical stamina to walk and stand for the entire shift
• Ability to work outdoors 90% of the time
• Has flexibility and ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and Holidays

What would my job responsibilities be?

• Welcomes and greets guests in a timely manner
• Informs guests of special menu items
• Serves food and beverage in a timely manner
• Prepares room for dining by clothing and setting condiments
• Ensures proper sanitation and table cleanliness
• Helps and directs patrons by presenting food and beverage menu
• Ensure identification of customers to verify they are of legal drinking age
• Balance the bank at the start and close of each shift
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in accordance with standard recipes
• Mix and prepare fruits for garnishing drinks
• Serve food and beverage to customers seated at the bar
• All other duties assigned
