Server/Bartender

```Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and customer-oriented server with bar tending experience to join our team. You will be responsible for providing service to our guests, and maintaining a clean and organized working and serving area. If you have excellent communication skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Duties:
- Greet customers and take their drink orders promptly
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards
- Maintain a clean and organized working area, including stocking supplies, cleaning silverware and glassware as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions, and making recommendations
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Up sell additional food and beverage items to increase sales

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a server / bartender in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred
- Good knowledge of mixology techniques, drink recipes, and garnishments
- Familiarity with a POS system is a plus
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating bills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
