Server/ Bartender

Responsibilities:

• Prepare restaurant tables with special attention to cleanliness and presentation
• Attend to customers upon entrance and offer consistent excellent service
• Present restaurant menus and help customers select food/beverages
• Take and serve orders
• Answer questions or make recommendations for complementary products
• Collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff
• Handle any complaints or problems with a positive attitude
• Issue bills and accept payment, ensuring accuracy
• Opening and Closing Sidework as assigned by Manager
• Bartending
• Banquet Service

Skills and Requirements:

• 2+ years experience in hospitality/restaurant industry
• Proven restaurant serving or waitering experience, fine dining experience preferred
• Attention to cleanliness and safety
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude
• Responsible and trustworthy
• Processing credit cards
• Using Point of Sale software
• Making change accurately
• Operating a variety of equipment, such as fire extinguishers, telephones, iced tea/soda machines, soup wells, and coffee machine
• Must be flexible with scheduling and highly reliable
• Able to work in fast paced environment

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $9.00 - $11.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 29 per week

• Monday to Friday
