Part-time Assistant / Clerical Position
Summary:
Part-time Assistant/Clerical Position is responsible for performing a variety of clerical duties for the San Antonio location.
Please note: Pay range will be discussed at interview.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Serve as liaison between upper management and employees to ensure an open line of communication is being achieved.
- Monitor administrative support including the receptionist and team of Domestic service technicians.
- Process new hire paperwork and communicate with the HR Team at the HQ in Willis, Texas
- Manage various file records of office activities such as business transactions.
- Communicate with customers, employees, and other individuals to answer questions, explain information, or address complaints.
- Oversee inventory, pricing and vendor relations related to employee uniforms and PPE issuance.
- Assist various departments to obtain appropriate licensing and ensure that all job materials have been ordered in a costly and timely manner.
- Perform all independent and team efforts in a professional and timely manner.
- Perform other duties as assigned, which may include working in another role or in another department as needed.
Education and/or Experience:
- High School Diploma
- Two to five years related experience and/or training.
Language Skills
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Mathematical Skills
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers and decimals. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
Reasoning Ability
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. Ability to communicate and interact effectively with others.
Computer Skills
- Basic personal computer skills including electronic mail, word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, 10 key skills, etc. Knowledge and experience with QuickBooks is preferred.
Physical Demands
- Substantial movements (motion) of the wrist, hands, and/or fingers in a repetitive manner.
- Close vision (clear vision at 20 inches or less).
- Sedentary physical activity performing non-strenuous daily activities of an administrative nature.
- Manual dexterity sufficient to reach/handle items, works with the fingers, and perceives attributes of objects and materials.
- Well-lighted, heated and/or air-conditioned indoor office setting with adequate ventilation.
