Part-Time Accounting Clerk

Position Description: Dollar Fulfillment is a rapidly growing third-party fulfillment company (3PL) for e-commerce brands with facilities in Tennessee and Idaho. We are seeking to add a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to our team! Dollar Fulfillment aims to offer an unrivaled customer experience to our clients from all aspects of our business. Our ideal candidate will go above and beyond to assist our clients and take a proactive approach to providing them with top-tier service.

Responsibilities:

• Create and Send Client Invoices in 3PL software and in QuickBooks.
• Process Vendor Invoices in Bill.com
• Set-up new clients (i.e. payment form, QuickBooks Contact, etc.)
• Delete Retired Clients from internal software.
• Work closely with the Controller on other accounting and finance related items.

Requirements:

• Basic QuickBooks skills
• Basic Excel skills (i.e. basic formulas, spreadsheet creation, v-lookups)
• Basic understanding of account principles (i.e. able to tie out Income Statement Balance Sheet, Account Reconciliations, Accrual Accounting, etc.)
• Attention to detail.

Work Environment:

• This is a hybrid position that will be required to be in the office on Monday from 9:00 am – 3:00 pm and Thursday afternoon from 12:00 pm until 3:00 pm. The remaining hours will be work from home.
• This is a part-time position. Approximately 15 – 20 hours per week with potential to expand to 25 – 30 hours per week as the company grows.

• $20 - $25 per hour wage based on experience.
