Automotive Accounting Assistant/Title Clerk

Nick Mayer Chevrolet Buick GMC is now hiring an experienced Accounting Assistant to join our accounting team.

Job Duties Include:

• Responsible for processing Titles and ensuring proper record keeping requirements.
• Responsible for processing Dealer trades.
• Book and process billing for car deals.
• Responsible for documenting vehicle inventory/stock.
• Manage all Dealer trade payoffs.
• Assist accounting staff with accounts payable and receivable which involves sending and receiving invoices, reconciling payments, and ensuring bills are paid on time.
• Assist the Cashier and ensure drawer is balanced every night.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma and one (1) to two (2) years related experience.
• CDK experience preferred.
• Notary License or the ability to obtain one within a reasonable amount of time.
• Strong computer proficiency, Word, Excel, QuickBooks, Microsoft Office 365.
• Strong project management experience and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver high quality results under timelines.
• Effective analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Highly collaborative, self-motivated, and team oriented.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated, goal oriented, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
