The Park Desk Clerk provides a key role in the State Park guest experience. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment with constant interaction this is the position for you! The Park Desk Clerk will work with guests and employees daily ensuring everyone who visits the park leaves with a memorable experience. The Park Desk Clerk will be the first and last point of contact for all guests.

- Creating guest reservations
- Answering phones and emails.
- Checking guests in and out of the resort.
- Directing guest inquiries.
- Other duties as assigned.

Working Conditions
Work is performed indoors in a state park setting.
Probationary Period
This job has an initial and promotional probationary period of 6 months, except as provided in KRS 18A.111.
