### Overview: We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience from check-in to check-out. If you have excellent communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you. ### Duties: - Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome - Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately - Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a timely manner - Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions - Handle guest requests and resolve any issues or complaints promptly - Maintain accurate guest records and process payments - Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction - Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and email correspondence ### Experience: - Previous experience in hotel management or hospitality management is preferred - Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle multiple phone lines - Strong customer service skills with the ability to anticipate guest needs - Bilingual skills (e.g., English/Spanish) are a plus - Knowledge of Front Desk operations and procedures - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities If you are looking for an exciting opportunity in the hospitality industry, please submit your application today.
