An ideal candidate is capable of providing project oversight over large, complex, or multiple projects. This individual should be capable of developing solutions for complex design problems, including code compliance and agency interface. Sound like you?
PROJECT INTERIOR DESIGNER QUALIFICATIONS – THE MUST-HAVES (REQUIRED)
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or equivalent with a minimum of 6 years interior design experience; or an Associate’s degree and a minimum of 10 years of related experience
- Proficiency with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Proficient with BIM/Revit
- Prior experience with Civic and/or Commercial projects
- Prior experience with proposal writing
PROJECT INTERIOR DESIGNER QUALIFICATIONS – THE LIKE-TO-HAVES (NOT REQUIRED)
- LEED accreditation
- Prior experience with Healthcare projects
- Programming experience
Salary Range: $86,000 - $117,100 annually. Compensation and level DOE.
