TITLE: CORPORATE PARALEGAL
SHIFT HOURS: 8am - 5pm/ Mon to Fri
FULL TIME /ONSITE
INTERVIEWS REQUIRED
TOP 3 MUST HAVES:
1) Experience reading and understanding contract terms
2) Effective communication and organization skills
3) Attention to Detail
Need someone to assist with a due diligence project reviewing contracts for commercial pricing terms. Ideally, we are looking for a paralegal that will facilitate agreement collection, review agreements for commercial provisions, and flag and summarize findings.
Assist attorneys in reviewing and drafting all types of contracts, including customer and supplier agreements. Manage contracts from initial stages to closure and expiration to renewal. Prepare and provide necessary documents for contract review and signature. Experience with a document/matter management system (Case and Point experience a plus). Ability to multi-task and work in fast-paced environment. Ability to handle various general matters. Must be extremely well organized.
QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelors Degree from an accredited university or Paralegal Certificate from an accredited Paralegal Program required.
Must have excellent written and oral communication skills Strong analytical skills Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines Ability to work independently but be part of a team Case and Point matter/document management system a plus Efficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
