With a commitment to excellence, we specialize in personal injury. As part of our growth, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team in an Entry Level position.

Position Overview:

As an Entry-Level Demands Team Member, you will play a vital role in supporting our legal team by preparing cases for negotiations, ensuring a smooth and efficient case flow. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in organization and data entry, aspiring to build a career in the legal field. No prior experience is necessary; comprehensive training and support will be provided to the ideal candidate. Please complete the Indeed Assessments to be considered for an interview!

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate notes and documentation for accurate case notations.
• Organize case files with precision to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Communicate professionally and courteously with providers, opposing counsel, and stakeholders.
• Ensure precise data entry and reconcile values.
• Draft legal documents.
• Proactively manage deadlines to meet goals

Qualifications:

Preferred:

• Bachelor's degree.
• Legal case management software experience.

Required:

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
