SalaryAli Awad Law, P.C. is a personal injury law firm in downtown Atlanta that is growing rapidly. We are seeking a Full-Time Litigation Paralegal.
A minimum of 3 years of litigation experience in personal injury is required.
OUR REQUIREMENTS:
- Drafting Complaints and Initial Discovery
- Forwarding Complaints to process servers and monitoring service of process
- Drafting Discovery Responses
- Calendaring and Noticing Depositions and Leaves of Absence
- Drafting and Filing Standard Motions and Motion Responses
- Calendaring litigation timelines
- Conducting status update calls with clients
- Client update calls
- Sending out and following up on non-party discovery requests
- Assist in trial preparation.

The ideal candidate will be an outgoing, energetic, self-starter with great customer service skills. Fast typing skills would be ideal, as we are a fully digital firm.

- Base Salary Range from $70,000.00 to $90,000.00 depending on experience.
Office location is 200 Peachtree Street NW, Atlanta, GA 30303, where you will report for the first day of work/training. Afterward, the job will be fully remote. You must reside with-in driving distance as you will be required to come into the office for company events and trainings when necessary.
