Job Description
We are seeking a Paralegal to become a part of our team! You will provide overall support to attorneys' business needs.
We are looking for a paralegal with at least four years Family Law experience and one year experience with Clio, adobe proficient, billing, case management, correspondence letter, disclosures and a working knowledge of the Arizona Rules of Family and Civil Procedure.
Experience with Wealth Counsel and Estate Planning are a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct research to support legal proceedings
- Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents
- Investigate facts to help in the negotiation of legal disputes
- Monitor and ensure compliance with the Rules of Procedure and the Arizona Revised State Statutes
- Record and store client information, including intake and phone calls
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years experience as a paralegal
- Familiarity with legal research
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Excellent Phone Skills
- Time Management, calendaring and trial preparation
We are looking for a motivated individual with strong interpersonal skills, excellent phone skills to work with clients, and potential clients. The candidate must be able to work independently, take direction well, work well with clients and staff and be outgoing. Candidate must also be able to work well under pressure and tight deadlines. The Candidate must have good time management skills, success in meeting deadlines and excellent calendar management skills to ensure the necessary tasks are completed as scheduled.
Pay rate depends on experience. This is not a fully remote position.
