We are located in Prescott and the position will require you to be in person at our office.
Your role:
As our Executive/Legal Assistant, you’ll provide vital support to our Leadership Team and assist the Firm’s coordinated efforts to provide smooth and effective legal and tax services to our clients. You’ll provide office support services (legal, administrative and accounting) for Mr. Kennedy as well as the operational roles. Additionally you will help establish and further develop an administrative strategy for the profitable long-term growth of the business,, that’s in alignment with our vision, our values and our brand.

What you'll do:
- Be the support person in our client resolution process by completing administrative tasks to support the Mr. Kennedy, attorneys, CPA’s and paralegals.
- Utilize our CRM and related templates to support the tax resolution process.
- Assist in some tax resolution services for our clients including but not limited to installment agreements, offer-in-compromise, audit support, abatement requests, collection defense services and tax appeals.
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
- Contact (call or email) potential clients and existing clients for needed information.
- Assist in the managing of owner’s schedule, calendar and appointments.
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional.
publications; participating in professional organizations.
- Implement procedural and policy changes to improve operational efficiency.
- Maintenance of a case log and/or file for reference and review.
- Assist in organizing office operations and procedures.
- Assist in developing and implementing office policies by setting up procedures and standards to guide and improve the operations of the office.
What you'll need:
- High technical skills with hardware and software.
- Minimum of one year office experience in law, finance, insurance or accounting required.
- Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- United States residency and eligibility to work in the United States.
