Job Description
Seeking a well-organized and experienced Real Estate/Corporate Legal Assistant/Paralegal with aprofessional demeanor and strong work ethic.Start date flexible.
REQUIREMENTS:
· Experience with Power Point, Word, Excel, One Note, Outlook, One Drive, Mail Chimp, Zoom and ability to learn new areas of expertise.
· Familiar with corporate public websites (i.e. Arizona Corporation Commission, Secretary of State for Az. and other states).
· Duties include drafting documents, calendaring and tracking deadlines, organizing case files; collecting records, preparing attorneys for client meetings, corporate governance documents; communicating with clients, filing corporate documents with governmental authorities.
· Familiar with REAL ESTATE transactions – purchase agreements, title reports, surveys, etc.
· Coordinate with the accounting department on reviewing and organizing pre-bills and accounts receivable.
· Candidates must have strong written and oral communication skills, attention to detail, the ability to be flexible and work independently for one or more attorneys in the firm.
· Full time preferred; part time considered. The Schedule is Monday to Friday in person at the office (but some remote work can be accommodated). Salary commensurate with experience.
