Job Description
Main Duties: Assist onsite attorney and manage reporting from outside network of national co-counsel.
This position calls for an individual to take the lead in obtaining current status information from our co-counsel; make sure they are on the proper track with proper progress; be the interface between co-counsel and our clients for additional documents or information; assist co-counsel with preparation of pleadings, discovery requests and responses as needed; assure notice to clients of all hearings needing witnesses; prepare summaries of each case for client’s information. Accurate, professional email and telephonic communication and organizational skills are key to staying on top of this.
Hours 8:00am-4:30pm

Required Skills: Legal office experience: Familiarity with MS Office applications; Detail oriented; Excellent grammatical skills; Team focused; Computer savvy in a mostly paperless environment; Ability to work independently.
