Panel Management/Clinical Scheduling Coordinator

Receive patients (either by telephone/eDH, or in person) and assist patients that are new to Cheshire Medical Center/Dartmouth Hitchcock with a choice of available and appropriate PCPs. The Panel Manager is also responsible for handling calls from patients who may be dissatisfied with their current PCP assignment initially, and if able to, provide a satisfactory solution, including reassignment of the patient.
Associates degree preferred, or the equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be knowledgeable in the use of computers and possess advanced knowledge and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook); strong ability and desire to learn new systems as it relates to the organization. Requires knowledge of medical terminology.
